Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) License
School Experience
Experience with Trach and G-tube care
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred

Pay: $30-38/hour

Job Description:

Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and licensed School Nurse (RN) to join our team in Middletown, CT. In this role, you will provide K-12 nursing support, ensuring their medical needs are met throughout the school day. This is a contracted position for the remainder of the 2025 school year, with a potential renewal for the Fall semester.

Responsibilities:.

Administer medications, first aid, and other necessary treatments.
Collaborate with school staff and parents to develop and implement individualized health plans.
Monitor and assess the student’s health status, addressing any concerns as they arise.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records.
