Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Director of Nursing to join our team. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring that our residents receive top-quality care and that our nursing staff is supported and empowered. As the Director of Nursing, you will oversee the clinical operations of our facility, manage the nursing team, and collaborate with other departments to deliver a comprehensive care experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all nursing operations, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Lead, mentor, and develop the nursing team, promoting a culture of teamwork and professionalism
Implement nursing policies and procedures that align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Ensure the facility adheres to quality control and infection control standards
Manage staffing levels and contribute to recruitment, training and retention efforts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans for patients and residents.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports regarding patient care and nursing practices.

Ideal Director of Nursing (DON) Candidate:

Registered Nurse (RN) with a current New Hampshire state license.
At least 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and regulations for skilled nursing and assisted living.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of healthcare professionals.
Compassionate, dedicated and able to thrive in a fast-paced enviornment
