We are looking for one (1) compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide medical care in a home care setting, in accordance with an established care plan. Part-Time position with 12-hour day shift available for the weekends (Saturday and Sunday). We offer competitive compensation, to go along with our world-class service. This particular position is for a medically complex home care case in Frostproof, FL.

Must have at least two (2) years of experience as an LPN. Experience with ICU/PCU preferred, or must have tracheostomy experience or training (i.e. certifications, verified references). Experience with developmentally disabled is a plus.

LPN’s are responsible for tasks such as:

* Daily assessments of clients

* Administration of medications (oral, enteral, inhaled, etc.)

* Documentation of client status, and/or changes

* Communication with RN, MD, & other medical professionals for orders and updates

* Tracheostomy care and suctioning

* Tube feeding

* Disease management

* Coordination client medical appointments

Positions available: 1 PT

Pay: $28-30/hr
