Private Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Companionship: Engage clients in meaningful activities like reading, games, music, and puzzles.
- Meal Preparation & Assistance: Help with meal/snack prep and daily routines.
- Medication Reminders & Light Housekeeping: Ensure client health and home safety.
- Errands & Medical Appointments: Assist with transportation and errands.
- Personal Care: Assist with bathing, toileting, dressing, and more.
- Specialized Care: Provide care for Alzheimer’s, dementia, and Parkinson’s clients.
Caregiver Requirements:
- High School Graduate or G.E.D.
- Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- CNA, HHA, or PCA Certification preferred
- Pass a background check
