What You'll Do:

No dialysis experience required – We’ll provide you with comprehensive training to succeed.
Training will take place in one of our facilities or training clinics, with potential for you to float between locations during and after your training.
Flexible scheduling is essential – be prepared to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

Current LPN-LVN license in your state of practice required.
Currently enrolled in nursing school, with plans to become an RN within the next year.
Current CPR certification required.
IV certification (if required by state regulations).
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Completed training program approved by the medical director and CMS guidelines.
BONENT or CHT certification (preferred or required by state regulation).
One year of clinical experience preferred (hospital or outpatient setting).
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook; ability to become proficient with DaVita’s systems within 90 days of hire.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
