Our 3C-Adult Medical Surgical Unit is a 30-bed Medical-Surgical Unit, which consists of caring for a variety of diagnoses and disorders including cardiac, stroke, dialysis, pulmonary, and more. Our team is comprised of RNs, PCAs, LPN's and unit secretaries who all work in collaborating effectively with other disciplines of the care team.

Nursing skills gained on this unit:

Time management in a fast-paced environment
Strong foundational nursing skills
Prioritization of care

Unit culture:

Support from fellow team members, as well as a dedicated leadership team

Qualifications

Greater than one year of RN experience.
Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
