Blue Palms Health & Rehabilitation Center of DeLand is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant's to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide direct patient care and perform various clinical tasks to ensure our patients' well-being and comfort. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals in need of quality care and support.

Responsibilities

Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
Providing nutritional support by assisting patients with eating and drinking
Assisting in the mobility and transferring of patients
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients
Assisting in the documentation of patient care activities
Collaborating with the nursing team to develop and implement care plans

Requirements

Valid Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred
Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and observation skills
Ability to work effectively as a part of a diverse healthcare team
