Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) ready to make a difference? Hastings Senior Health & Living, a top-rated 72-bed long-term care facility, is looking for Full-Time and Part-Time RNs to join our dedicated, compassionate team!

We are offering up to a $10,000 Bonus + shift differential for Part-Time and Full-Time RNs along with scholarships and student loan repayment assistance. We have staff appreciation events, low resident/staff ratios, and a management supported work environment. We are also hiring for On-Call!

Shifts: Evening - 2:30pm - 11:00pm - Full-Time and Part-Time ($2 Shift Differential)
Every Other Weekend, Day - 6:30am - 3:00pm

Wage: $33.35-$43.37 per hour depending on experience..

Registered Nurse (RN) responsibilities:

Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care plans for residents.
Recognizes and manages common geriatric syndromes common to aging adults: cardiovascular, respiratory, urinary, neurological, sensory and pain problems.
Supervises work performed by LPNs, TMAs, and Nursing Aides.
Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
Performs additional duties as required.

Registered Nurse (RN) skills and requirements:

Must have a current MN RN license and be in good standing.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Skills in problem definition and resolution.
Ability to focus all efforts on quality resident care.
