Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) looking to make a meaningful impact? Join Seven Hills Community Services as a Nursing Supervisor - Manager, where you'll advocate for the health and well-being of individuals in our programs.

🔹 Lead and support a team of LPNs, ensuring high-quality care.🔹 Establish medical protocols and interventions to promote optimal health.🔹 Provide direct nursing care while overseeing compliance with the Nurse Practice Act.🔹 Work in a fulfilling, community-based setting with opportunities for professional growth.

Payrate: $43.00/hr

Sign on bonus: $5000 paid quarterly over 18 months.

Responsibilities

🔹 Full-time, hours assigned based on program needs.🔹 On-call responsibilities required (agency cell phone provided).🔹 May cover LPN shifts as needed.🔹 Support individuals in living safe, independent, and enjoyable lives.

Qualifications

🔹 Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.🔹 Experience supervising LPN staff and managing healthcare protocols.🔹 Strong leadership, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.🔹 Commitment to person-centered care and community inclusion.
