Caregiver - Urgent Hiring in Exton, PA!

Job Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
Provide light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
Ensure client safety and provide fall risk monitoring.
Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations.
Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, and outings.
Assist with ambulation and transfers.
Monitor and report any changes in client’s condition to supervisors.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
CNA, HHA, or prior caregiving experience preferred but not required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Must be compassionate, dependable, and have a positive attitude.

Work Environment:

In-home care setting, providing one-on-one personal care and companionship.
Supportive and friendly team atmosphere with resources for success.
