Key Responsibilities:

Provide care for patients of all ages, treating injuries such as lacerations, sprains, fractures, rashes, small-joint reductions, incision, and drainage, and more.
Evaluate and treat patients with low-acuity medical conditions ensuring timely and effective care. Responsible for assessing patients for higher-acuity conditions and coordinating their transfer to the appropriate level of care.
Cover all ExpressCARE locations across the region, including video visits when needed.
ExpressCARE hours of operation are 8 AM to 8 PM daily.
Work primarily 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling, including on-call requirements and weekend coverage.
Deliver high-quality care with a focus on accessibility and efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a clinician in urgent care or emergency medicine.
Active or eligible PA Physician Assistant or PA Nurse Practitioner license.
Board certification required.
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
BLS required.
Comfortable treating patients of all ages.
Telemedicine experience preferred but not required.
EPIC training preferred.
Must be flexible, adaptable, and willing to travel.
