What does a Licensed Practical Nurse do?

As a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse at Pennknoll Village, your day-to-day responsibilities will include delivering exceptional patient care, performing routine assessments, and administering medications as prescribed. You will work alongside a team of healthcare professionals, providing support and guidance to nursing assistants while fostering a collaborative atmosphere. Your role will also involve monitoring residents' health status, documenting changes, and communicating effectively with families and physicians to ensure the highest level of care. You are expected to demonstrate problem-solving skills and empathy, addressing any concerns and adapting to the unique needs of each individual resident.

In addition, you will engage in patient education, empowering our seniors to maintain their health and well-being. This position will challenge you to innovate and excel while fostering an environment built on trust and integrity, with a focus on delivering high-quality service every day.
