Your role as a Staffing Coordinator

As a Staffing Coordinator at Forrest Oakes Healthcare Center, your daily responsibilities will include overseeing the scheduling and staffing of nursing and senior care personnel to ensure optimal coverage and quality of care. You will liaise with department managers to assess staffing needs, manage ongoing changes, and resolve any staffing conflicts that may arise. Additionally, you'll conduct daily communication with staff to confirm availability and address any concerns, all while maintaining accurate records of staff schedules.
