NOW HIRING: Activity Aide

Activity Aide responsibilities include:

Assist with planning and leading recreational, social, and therapeutic activities for residents.
Encourage resident participation in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Help set up and organize activity areas, ensuring that everything is prepared for each session.
Provide one-on-one support to residents, making sure they feel involved and valued.
Document participation and report on resident responses to activities.
Build strong, positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.

Qualifications:

A positive, patient, and caring personality.
Experience in working with the elderly or in long-term care is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creativity and a passion for enhancing the lives of others through meaningful activities.
