Job Summary and Qualifications
Under the supervision of the radiologist and leaders, the RN oversees and directs the care of the patient in diagnostic and therapeutic angiographic procedures for patients ages adolescents through geriatric. The RN is responsible in caring for patients in all areas IR is responsible for including OR, recovery areas, spine, and other modalities when needed. They will generate appropriate paperwork, provide complete history of patient, properly charge for everything affiliated with procedure, and electronically document when required. Responsible for departmental audits, daily checklists, and when the need arises, will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license
- BLS and required. ACLS Certification required
- One-year experience in ICU, telemetry or ER preferred
