Shift: Days

Pay: $63.32 - $101.31 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Requirements

Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's of Science degree in Nursing. Master's Degree in Nursing or Administration or signed agreement to complete Master's Degree in Nursing within agreed upon time frame.
Required Licensure/Certification: State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider.
Minimum Experience: 5 years of increasing administrative roles including responsibility for multiple units.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding. Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.
