BAYADA Pediatrics has an immediate need for a HHA - Home Health Aide to care for our pediatric clients in a school and home settings. As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard.

Qualifications for HHA:

You must complete our 75 hour paid Medicare HHA class (2 weeks). Classes are Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays are virtual instruction via Zoom. Thursdays and Fridays are in person at our Blairsville Simulation Lab. To be eligible for the class, you must have at least 1 year viable work experience. The work experience does not have to be in the health care industry.

Job Responsibilities for HHA:

Light housekeeping
Bathing
Dressing
Grooming
Toileting
Range of motion / exercises
Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
Oral feeding
Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
Assisting with ambulation
