Job Description: We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dynamic team. CNAs play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. As a CNA at Alhambra Post Acute, you will work closely with our nursing staff to deliver high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Help residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed.
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain a clean and organized environment for residents.

Requirements:

Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of California.
Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety.
