As the ADON at Fieldstone of DeWitt you will:
- Collaborate with the DON for overall nursing leadership within our Long-Term Care, Skilled and Memory-Care areas
- Orient, train, and provide ongoing training and supervision to employees
- Assist in the evaluation of the health care services needed for each resident
- Serve as the liaison for staff shift transitions
- Plan, develop and oversee staffing schedules
- Schedule and conduct in-services meetings for staff
- Prepare and participate in surveys and inspections made by authorized government agencies
- Partner with the DON for nursing operation efficiencies
- Oversee infection control program and reporting
- Communicate with physicians, family members, etc. regarding resident status as appropriate
- Participate in quality improvement activities
- Audit skills of nursing staff

Compensation:
- Salary Range: $75,025.60-$114,025.60- Compensation offered will be based on years of experience
