Hearthstone, located in the heart of Pella, Iowa, is a WesleyLife Community for Healthy Living offering a comprehensive range of services including independent living, assisted living, memory support, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term nursing care across three distinct campuses. Embracing a ministry approach, Hearthstone focuses on enhancing residents' lives through engagement, respect, compassion, and joy. We feature an award-winning household model with 16 residents in each home engaging with one another and our greater community. With a commitment to community integration and celebrating the wisdom of aging, Hearthstone invites residents to live purposefully and enjoy a true sense of family and home.

A Typical Day for a Certified Medication Aide (CMA):

Assess and deliver effective and appropriate nursing services, ensure physician instructions are accurately followed, and effectively respond to changes in a person's health condition
Complete accurate documentation and follow each person's plan of care with high levels of clinical quality and customer service.
Ensure systems and processes are being followed and assure the clinical quality of the services performed. Likewise, you will ensure medications, treatments and related processes meet the highest levels of accuracy, timeliness and quality.

Compensation:

The starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
Daily Pay: Use this free app to access your wages before payday to handle unexpected expenses.

Shift Differentials:

Evening Shift: Additional $3.00/hr
Night Shift: Additional $4.00/hr
Weekends: Additional $1.00/hr
