A Typical Day for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Wesley on Grand:

Assist in our Residential Care Center. Our Residential Care has 24 beds and lower levels of care.
Assist in our Health Center. Our Health Center serves long-term care residents and has 80 beds.
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals with a 1:10 ratio.
Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
Conduct routine health monitoring, such as checking vital signs and administering medications.
Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.
Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.

Current Openings:

PRN, Flexible scheduling - Shifts would include working in our Health Center and Residential Care Center as needed.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $16.92 - $21.32 / hour. Starting pay rate will be based on years of experience.
Shift Differentials: Evening Shift $3.00/hr and Overnight Shift $4.00/hr.
Sign on Bonus: $5,000 for Full-Time and $3,000 for Part-Time employees.
