SYNERGY HomeCare offers:

State-Assisted Transition Program: Proudly collaborating with the state to introduce a program providing essential support for individuals entering their professional journey. The program offers gas assistance to alleviate commuting costs and scrubs support for qualified individuals, ensuring a smooth transition into new roles. Eligibility criteria, outlined in collaboration with the state, will be provided during the onboarding process.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
