SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Perform professional nursing, consultation, and educational services for persons with diabetes, and provide community health education. Develop curriculum on health and act as a health care consultant by providing information on the management of pediatric diabetes patients. Collaborate with other health care team members in information exchange for the planning and delivering appropriate patient care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania
One (1) year of experience in educating patients, specifically about diabetes

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):

One(1) year of pediatric nursing experience preferred
